Chillicothe City Council met earlier this week. Chillicothe City Administrator, Darin Chappell, says the meeting was fairly straight forward this week.
"We have a few items dealing with finance, police cars, and a purchase of a fire truck for the Fire Department. And we also had a resolution for an entity seeking to grow and manufacture medical marijuana that passed. We also looked at the beginning process of a community improvement district for our downtown, and the council approved going forward with that plan as well."
